A viewpoint and a visit to Crasna Bogiri the place where you can eat the best trout in Ploiesti, Romania
Any trip leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller. - Ibn Battuta
Hello everyone
Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit another beautiful city in Romania, namely Ploiesti, because my wife and I were invited to the birthday party of a very good friend of ours.
How did our friendship begin?
Our friendship started a few years ago far from the country, precisely in Egypt, where we met at a travel agency in the Egyptian resort, Hurghada, and since then we keep in touch and visit each other as often as we can.
As I wrote above, we were invited to our friend's birthday party, we chose to spend several days there, because the distance from us to there is about 500km, and the road to get there took us approx. seven hours, a very difficult road due to the lack of highways.
If we still arrived in the mountainous area, and autumn is making its way through the unreal colors, we decided to do some activities, namely one of them was to go to a lookout point from where we could see how the road winds along the forest which seemed to be waiting to be photographed.
I took the photos from this viewpoint with the drone, from up there I could see how beautiful nature is, and how much joy it can give us when we look at it.
How do you like nature walks in autumn?
If in some photos I captured how the road winds along the edge of the forest, in some other photos I captured the Maneciu reservoir and dam, a beautiful lake with some unreal colors.
The lake is an artificial one created with an area of 192 hectares, here you can organize different routes, here we can also find recreational areas, you can organize a game of fishing, a boat trip on the lake (just be careful if you don't know to swim and take your life jacket), but we were only passing through because we were going to visit today's next point of interest, namely a well-known places in this area, Pastravaria Crasna-Bogiri(a place where you can eat the best fish dishes, especially trout, because there is a trout farm here).
This place is a family business, it is located in the village of Izvoarele, a village located about half an hour from the city of Ploiesti, it has a generous parking space (parking is free).
In addition to the fact that here you can serve the freshest trout in the area, this agro-tourism guesthouse also has several places to stay, which in turn are cataloged with three stars, here we can find a terrasse with a fairly large capacity (here we have met man's best friend) also here there is a special space created for certain private events.
Indeed, a quiet place where you can spend a weekend with your family, where you can serve fish dishes, take my word for it they are extraordinarily good, being short on time we chose to serve only the second course, namely a whole trout in a crispy cornmeal crust and a delicious lemonade, the prices here are decent.
Time passed very quickly and stolen by the beauty of the place, we were lucky enough to catch a spectacular sunset, I can't describe the spectacle of nature in words, that's why I let the pictures do the talking.
In conclusion about today's day spent at a viewpoint over the lake and the dam in Maneciu, as well as the fish which was particularly tasty, I can only tell you this, respect nature, and she will be grateful, this is how we were able to spend moments for relaxation, for remembering, for thinking, mainly precious time.
If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.
P.S. The attached pictures you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone or drone, and the text is also designed by me.
