My bestie and me had a memorable trip in Tam Dao town so I would like to share with you today. We visited Tam Dao in the winter; however, you could visit any season because it has cool climate for the whole year. That will be a fascinating experience for those who are passionate about going backpacking.
#1 About Tam Dao
First of all, I would like to introduce to you a little bit about Tam Dao town. Tam Dao is a famous tourist destination of Vinh Phuc province about 80km from Ha Noi capital. There are three high mountains rising above the clouds respectively, Thach Ban, Thien Thi, and Phu Nghia; they will be saw from Ha Noi in sunny days. In addition, although you visit here any season, you can feel the change of four seasons in a day. Currently, Tam Dao owns spectacular scenery with great mountains and lots of new European style buildings, which is a worthy backpacking landing place for travelers who want to escape from the monotonous daily life routine on the weekend.
Secondly, there are two ways to move to Tam Dao by service car or motorbike. Our transport is by car taking about 2 hours to go from the center of Ha Noi, we prepared some snacks and drinks to ate as well as saw the surrounding beautiful nature on the way. When we set foot in this town, we felt the fresh atmosphere with specific cold of the northside. The most unforgettable memory is that we were kindly welcomed and guided to rent a hotel by the locals.
#2 Why I love Tam Dao?
From my point of view, the most alluring season in Tam Dao is winter because it looks like a crystal hidden in a dreamy mist. In the winter, it is the perfect time to hunt clouds when the temperature is low, which makes the town covered in fog. Therefore, Tam Dao town has an enchanting beauty and private serenity. Standing in front of such a magical scene makes we feel immersed in immense nature and forget all the chaos of life. From November to January is the right time to admire this vision so you could chill with your friends or soulmates to raise vibration frequency together.
After admiring the scenery and taking some photos, we moved back to the center of town, where we had a delicious dinner with a vast number of local foods, especially lam rice. My bestie has a similar taste in cuisine to me so the fact is that we ate almost all types of food because they have a suitable price for visitors. We enjoyed this moment and feel more appreciated when we talked to the buyers about their feelings for Tam Dao and the reason why they loved it. The locals are very nice and always have a smile on their mouths. Tam Dao town is not only a destination to travel but also a place where you could find peaceful love in anyone.
