Do you know that feeling when you're living somewhere were you feel comfortable and safe, I get that feeling every morning waking up bubbling with excitement and more so when doing Sunday morning walk seeing that inviting blue sky out there calling me and this morning was no exception, I set off along Beach Road along Jomitien beach front and one thing, I enjoy on my walks is seeing people doing what they like best whether it's walking, jogging or exercising, I enjoy what you call people's watching as I am walking along.
It's always nice to walk along this 6 km strip of Beach Road to see how people start of their day what I have noticed people here always seem to be eager and ready for another day whether it's starting of there day with a fitness workout, walking the dog or just a sit down on the beach having breakfast checking their Sunday morning messages everyday feels like your seeing people on vacation in a relaxed mode.
As the early morning starts up you will see the beach vendors setting up there beach chairs and umbrellas ready for the days customers, and you will see the motor bike cart vendors starting to roll out with there home made street foods and from morning to night you can enjoy there cheap stick foods, soups, barbecued seafood and chicken pieces and many more Thai cuisines all at reasonable prices from $1 US to $4 US you can eat all day long at them prices.
Jomtien city is a city of entertainment, great foods, beautiful beaches and sunsets there is never a dull moment here from sunrise to sunset into the late evenings the vibes of this city are non-stop.
This 6 km straight stretch of white sandy beach has many attractions whether your having fun riding a banana boat, jet ski, skateboard just fishing or just having pleasant leisurely day on the sandy shore for me it's the most beautiful and most comfortable city to be living in compared to many other cities I have lived in.
You can see people are just relaxed here enjoying the atmosphere the beautiful climates and selfies are going off every second of the day to catch the vibes of this wonderful city.
At the moment their is extensive modifications going on just about 24/7 at the south end of Jomtien Beach they are extending the sand bank out further to accommodate the flux of tourist that they are expecting back here with the recent opening up of the country.
At the moment the city is looking more lively and there are even more smiles from the Thai people as Thailand is moving forward again. It is nice to see the normal life coming back to our lives over here.
And my walk of 6 km was completed so I sat down enjoyed a nice icy cold fruit juice costing me $2 US for a full jar and watch the world go by enjoying the views, the sunshine and watching the cute Squirrels been feed another beautiful day in paradise.
