If youβre a Filipino, you probably are lying to me if you'll say that never in your life have you ever wished to be in Boracay.
Located to the west of our hometown Cebu, this famous tourist attraction in the province of Aklan is one of the Philippinesβ treasures and is considered one of the worldβs best places to relax. The reputation of this place is so high that even foreign and local celebrities π©βπ¦° really find time on their busy scheds to come here.

This is the part where Iβll tell you how to go to Boracay π This place is an island so you'll really need to go there by plane or by sea travel.
We booked a flight from our Hometown Cebu going to Boracay (roundtrip ticket). We arrived at Godofredo P. Ramos Airport at the Northwest part of Aklan. Boracay is an island so we still had to ride a fast craft going in there. But before they let us travel to the island, we need to make them see first that we already booked our hotels to stay in. At the port of Boracay, you'll need to ride a motorcycle going to your station, in which for us is Station 2.

We stayed at the Island Inn Boracay Hotel in Boracay. We spent PHP 2,516.85 or USD 49.41 each of us for our 3 days in the Hotel. Check this out π
Boracay is divided into three stations and this hotel that we stayed in is at the 2nd one. It is just near the coast just a few walks away.

We're 9 members in our college squad. Made a vacation plan that was bound for a 'drawing' again. But this didn't stop us from going to Boracay. A lot of things came up from my other friends as to why they can't join us, ended up with only 4 of us going.
That surely won't stop us from having fun tho, the show must go on. π€ͺ
We stayed at Bora for 3D and 2N. The rest is history. We did a lot of exciting activities and shared worthwhile memories together.

We did kayaking, parasailing, even ride a banana boat. π£ββοΈ Top activities on my personal bucket list finally unlocked. I'm so happy. π
The BANANA BOAT ride is our most favorite as a group. We really had fun all throughout. We enjoyed all of the sudden turns and sudden changes of speed of the boat pulling our banana boat hahaha. As you can see, we were eliminated one by one. We even sang our school hymn before falling to our own graves hahaha.
PARASAILING made me so relaxed I wanna sleep while up above the sea hahahaha; the fresh air is so nice. Of course Iβm just joking, I canβt afford to close my eyes to miss this experience π¬
The STAND UP PADDLE might be the most challenging since you really need to balance. The pic above is just as trying to keep our balance for the photos hahaha. We really canβt stand up no matter how hard we try. Our faces are now friends with the water for the many times it fell on it.

We also had our "MANDATORY" henna tattoo and braiding one's hair (PHP 150) like this when in the island hahaha. Not really required but it sure will make you feel the island vibes more. It can catch everyone's attention in the airport. Hahaha and people will know that this person really came from Boracay.

Remember the Halo Mango π¦ from our Bohol Travel Post 10 days ago?? At last I was able to eat this one here in Bora and the long line of tourists and locals wanting to eat this is worth the wait.
Breakfast free from our hotel, Lunch at Leylam Shawarma, and when the night came, we went to eat at Gerry's Grill. We really wanna eat seafoods that time so we saved the best to end the day.
They even have this Bar hopping πΊ package worth PHP 600 to 800 , but sadly one of us don't like drinking alcohol, water iz life hahaha. We don't want to leave her behind, so we decided to just have a mini drinking session πΊ with light drinks (water for her) while listening to acoustic music.
Before we went home, on our way to the airport, we bought some coffee at Tom n Toms. While weβre at it, above is our coffee pic βοΈ βοΈ

To end this post, here are my pictures of the sunset in Boracay. We're truly a sucker when it comes to sunsets by the beach. I mean, look at these pics, who can resist such magnificent beauty of nature π₯°

Thereβs something about Boracay that makes everyone who have been here to go back again and again. And weβre definitely one of those.
