KUAKATA: A memorable tour with lifetime feelings of the amazing beauty!

Kuakata (Bengali: কুয়াকাটা) is a beautiful place of southern Bangladesh which is known for its panoramic sea beach. It is a sandy beach with 18 kilometres (11 mi) long and 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) wide. This is the only beach beach from where one can have an unobstructed view of both the sunrise and the sunset over the Bay of Bengal. This is one of the best tourist place in Bangladesh!

IT was 2016 when I last visited Kuakata with some of my friends as a group of 6 people. It was one of the most memorable travels in my life. At that time i was studying in a university in Bangladesh which was at the southern part of the country. So, it was much more convenient to go to the furthest southern point of Bangladesh and only in this area of Bangladesh is the door of the open door!

At that time, the journey was not so easy as nowadays as the whole way is now without any ferry transportation which was hectic with time killing process. But now all the rivers have connecting bridges and it saves time to travel to the southern part more easily. Currently we are living a new world after the Covid pandemic and here in China, I am living in a kind of lockdown. So, I am missing these sweet memories. Hope to go there soon to explore the beauty of the sea!

We went there by bus and use several ferry transportation as a riverine country, Bangladesh has a lot of rivers as a network all over the country. And we frequently use the watery means of ways for connecting the transportation.

We have visited different places around the sea beach such as some resorts, some areas with red crabs, some ethnicities, pagodas, and always roaming around the beach. We have also explored the dry-fish areas where some people dry their fish as in Bangladesh dry fish is very popular. The surrounding views were eye-catching. In a single post it is not possible to cover up all the things there.

Thank you very much for reading my post. Have a safe journey!
