[It took so long to talk only about Srimangal. Srimangal is such a place, about which two or three more posts can be made. Anyway, let me tell you the details of the trip]

You need to take 2/3 days to visit the whole of Srimangal. But we stayed for two days. I could not visit Tea Museum, Tea Institute, Bird Museum, Sitesh Babur Zoo and Baikka Bill due to lack of time. We went as a group of six. The train ticket was booked two days ago. Sobhan Chair till Kulaura. Because I didn't get any ticket for Srimangal. The fare was Rs. 280 per person. We reached at 11.30 am. No vehicle or CNG was fixed beforehand. Also any hotel or resort. So I ordered a jeep for Tk 200 to find the resort. We did not book online, because we get a lot of discount if we go directly during the off-season. So we wanted a bit of natural surroundings as well as a quiet resort. First I went to Balisira Resort. The environment is quite good. But there is no such touch of green.

Then headed towards Novem Eco Resort. Had to go and return from the main gate. Because of their bad management system. Then I came to Shantibari Resort. I really got peace. So tidy and surrounded by greenery that I liked it. I hope you will like it too. The proprietor here is Lincoln Brothers. He is a very sincere person. He helped us a lot. I bargained and rented two duplex rooms for one night for 5000 taka. 3/4 people can easily stay in one room. So half an hour was lost in searching for the resort. After that it's time to freshen up and fix the jeep. We fixed the car for two days for 3500 rupees. So on the first day we had lunch at Hotel Panshi. The quality of food is fairly good. Then I went to Madhavpur Lake. It was four o'clock by the time we left. One thing to keep in mind is that lakes, national parks, museums, zoos, bird museums close by 4 pm. So those who are going to plan for two days, it is better if they leave at night and reach early in the morning.

So after leaving the lake, we visited Noorjahan Tea Resort, Badh Bhoomi 71, Adi Neelkanth Tea Cabin (must try the special milk tea), Manipuri Para. And the Baikka Lake season has not yet started. Now there is a lot of muddy water. It is better to go to the lake during winter. Then many guests will see birds.

Back to the resort at night after dinner (we did barbecue) you can sit by the pool of the resort and chat. Tea is also available. After breakfast the next day, I left for Lauachhara National Park. Entry fee is Rs 50 per head. However, if you can show the student ID card, it will cost 30 taka. It takes you 2/3 hours to go around the entire Lauachhara. We didn't stay long. On the other hand, he said that he should follow the path of Ham Ham.

We left at 10 am and reached around 11 am.

If you want to have lunch there, it is better to leave early. And tell Titu Bhai the day before. Go there and have lunch. Then make arrangements in advance. The food menu is also amazing. Tea leaf filling with potatoes, bamboo curry with duck and dal. We could not collect bamboo because we did not say in advance. Food quality is fair. 100/150 per head. So now back to the hum hum journey.

We didn't go with short pants, three quarter pants, towels. Make no mistake about it. Take these. And if you take sandals, you can take them, but you have to walk barefoot.

So Titu bhai fixed a guide for us. His name is Alam Bhai. It is impossible to go to Hum Hum without a guide. And you have to walk for at least 4 hours to and fro and take plenty of water and saline and dry food. We didn't have any dry food so we took bananas instead. An entry fee of Tk 10 per head is required for Hum Hum. And everyone should take a bamboo stick with them (price 5 taka each). Because on this two hour journey you have to cross steep and high hills and inaccessible roads. Leeches and mosquitoes will be companions. The number of leeches has decreased and the mosquito infestation has increased. So take Odom's cream with you and apply it on your hands, feet and neck. We left at 11:30 and reached at 2. I could not stop myself from seeing hum hum. Immediately my friends came down together. I stayed for 30/45 minutes. Then I left at 3.00 pm and returned at 5.30 pm. It took us more time because there were girls in our group. On arrival we had lunch. But the guide Alam Bhai said that the best time to come to Ham Ham is during the rainy season. At that time, you can go to Hum Ham through the narrow path.

I did not go to the tea institute and could not even buy tea leaves. The tea leaves there are good. That's why Titu Bhai arranged for us tea leaves and satkara.

I did not go to the tea institute and could not even buy tea leaves. The tea leaves there are good. That's why Titu Bhai arranged for us tea leaves and satkara. Finally I returned to Dhaka by night bus.

I think it is not appropriate to mention any specific cost of Srimangal.

It depends on where you stay, what you eat, how long you stay, how you go.

We spent tk 3400 per person.

B: And don't litter where yes.

On the way to Hum Hum Jharna I saw a lot of garbage on the mountain forest road which was very painful.

Dispose of garbage in designated areas.

Let us not pollute the environment.
