Traveling is one of the many things that I love doing.

It is a way of unloading some stress and reconnecting with nature. I always love the idea of spending some time walking on the shore listening to the ocean waves and staring at the blue sky. It gives you a relaxing feeling once in a while.

I'm a single mom yes, but that doesn't mean I don't have the right to breathe and relax after a long day at work and a never ending chores at home. That's why I see to it that I am in a balance motion. Sure I have to work hard to provide something for my daughter but I also need to remind myself that I am not a robot. Also, one thing to do your job done is to let you feel motivated and inspired. Traveling and taking a vacation will surely make you more inspired once you get back at work.

Today, I wanted to revisit Panglao, Bohol. It's actually an unplanned adventure since it was a side trip after a work related travel.

Having so many realizations lately, with pandemic and with what's happening in my life, made me wanting to focus more on Self-love, Self-Care and Self-Discovery.

Anyways, we went to Alona Beach at Panglao, Bohol. We just had a little stroll along the beach and take photos. The place was like a mini version of Boracay. They also have lots of restaurants along the beach and you can see a lot of people from different countries who's enjoying their stay there. We saw plenty of them who lay down on the sand for sunbathing.

We chill a little, had some beer and just observe the people who were mostly foreigner. We were amazed how they chose Philippines to spent their vacation. Well, it's more fun in the Philippines!

One of the many reasons why I love spending an afternoon at the beach, is to witness the beauty of sunset. :)

If you're planning a vacation in Bohol, Philippines, make sure to drop by at Panglao. It's actually a 30 mins. drive from Tagbilaran, City.

Revisiting my travel escapades made me miss traveling even more. I miss running barefoot on the shore and feeling the fine sand. The smell of the fresh ocean breeze and the sound of the waves splashing.

I really wish to travel very soon. I would love to go back to Siargao and explore the beauty of the island with all the coconut trees around me.

Anyways, that's it for now and hoping to really travel soon. How about you? Where would you love to go if restrictions on borders will be lifted?

Let me know in the comment below.

Adios! 😊
