Hello friends, hope all are doing great. Some time ago, I went to Dhokane Waterfall with my friends. This waterfall is surrounded by mountains on all sides and looks very beautiful. People from far and wide come here to bathe in the summer.
This place is situated on the Haldwani-Almora highway. It is located 20 km away from Almora. This waterfall is located 2 km away from the main road.
Dhokane waterfall is surrounded by mountains from all sides. the lush green forest of pines and deodar tree adding more charm in its beauty.
Dhokane waterfall is a hidden treasure of Kumaon.
The sky was an azure blue, just like the water. Many people like to visit waterfalls. The waterfall looked like a sheet of blue velour as it swished down, with its edges hemmed with whipped-white lines.
Natural water bodies formed by the flow of rivers or lakes are known as waterfalls. They are very beautiful in appearance. A waterfall can also be defined as a place where water rushes down a steep ledge, flowing from higher land to lower land. Most waterfalls are found in places where softer rock is underneath harder rock. The water in waterfalls is mostly cool and fresh.
The nature here is like heaven on the earth. One who has come here once and stayed for some time is completely addicted to its beauty and environment.
