Bras D'eau is among my most favorite park in Mauritius! It is situated in the North Eastern part of the island and is a place you definitely have to visit if you are traveling over here soon!

Since the day we have discovered Bras D'eau  (5-6 Yrs back only!)  and the beauty around...we go there at least twice a year...nice place for nature lovers, hiking and and bird-watching travelers!

I have to add this...inside the forest at Bras D'eau, we have a historic 200 years old ruins including the remains of a sugar mill and lime kiln.

If you are a hiking fan...you’ll enjoy Bras D’eau a lot!

And after hiking and walking around the nature...just minutes away is the sea waiting for you...

What is also great about Bras D'eau is that it is very quiet over there...we don't get so many visitors! You have the full place to explore!

There is a picnic site with wooden tables in the forest, and the walking trails are labelled!
