" On our trip up the coast to Yamagata Prefecture, we were mostly spared the snow which we saw on the mountains, that often rose right next to us. Fortunately, the coastal road was in good condition and there was not too much snow on the beach either. All the better, so we could look around a little and despite the rather stormy weather, dare a little walk."
