Exploring Tam Thanh Mural Village On Weekends

Hi guys! What do you do at the weekend? Dating with your lover, or making a party with your family?
For me, today is a wonderful Sunday to discover a new place that I never been there before, so I and my friend decided to go to a small village that is famous for its variety of textures and paintings on the walls. It is located in Hoa Trung village, Tam Thanh commune, Tam Ky city. It took us an hour and a half to come here from Da Nang city by motorbike. It was quite hot today, so we brought water to replenish our bodies during this long journey. An important note is that you have to make sure your motorbike is full of gas to move to Mural Village because there aren't any gas stations along the way, if your motorbike run out of gas it's bad luck for you.

After more than an hour and a half of driving for a long distance, we went to a prominent statue which is located on the top of Cam mountain, Phu Thanh village, Tam Phu commune, Quang Nam province where there is one of the most amazing sculptures which is the super-large statue of The Vietnam's Heroic Mother.

We just passed by and took some pictures and continued our journey to the mural village. After another 15 minutes, we reached the mural village, which was covered by walls with eye-catching textures. According to the locals, formerly this place was a very ordinary village, without its own special features. Fortunately, stemming from a project of exchanging students from the university of arts between Korea and Vietnam, they have transformed the village into more special with hundreds of drawings on the wall of local people house. Therefore, making this village more lively, and attracting more visitors from many places. Although it makes a lot of impressions because it attracts a large number of visitors from many places, it does not charge any entrance fees for you. Each painting is a story of the people here, recreating their daily life and work. Some very special portraits of people on a large statue caught my attention. The village has an irresistible beauty of the peaceful space as well as the friendliness of the people here.

I really like this photo below because it gives me a peaceful feeling of a village. After taking pictures, we had lunch at a small shop of local people. We ate and rested for a while, then we decided to go to other special places here. Please look forward to my new posts! Thanks for reading and see you in my next articles. Have a great weekend! Love all!
