Exploring the Himalayan Paradise🏞️ Dayara Thatch and Janglik village.🏕️

Hello hive family. I hope you all are healthy.

Dayara Thach

So friends, today I am going to share with you some stories of my journey to Darya Thatch. I am doing this journey with two of my friends. We start this journey from Chirgaon and take a short trek from Janglik village to reach Daira Thach.

Pabbar River -The river begins from the Dhauladhar range.

Actually, we were planning for trekking for a long time. Our trekking plans were getting canceled every time due to friends not getting leave from office.
This plan of ours is suddenly made in June 2023. We all meet in Chirgaon and take 3 tickets from the bus counter for Janglik village. The bus time was 4 pm, so till then we had dinner in restaurants. We take what we need as there are very few shops ahead in Janglik village. The bus reaches Janglik village at six in the evening. Since it is evening, we take a room on rent. Most of the houses here are made of old style artwork. Which is rarely seen at home these days. The behavior of the owner of this house is also friendly. I enjoyed meeting him. After having dinner at night we go to sleep. It is quite cold at night in the month of June.

Janglik village

As soon as I woke up in the morning, the view here was quite peaceful. School children are playing in the ground. People are taking their animals to pasture. I feel very good seeing this. This village situated in the lap of Himalayas is very beautiful. In the morning we have breakfast and start trekking to Dayra Thatch.

Darya Thatch is the base camp of Chandranahan Lake and Buran Valley. Trekking is also done from here to Kinnaur district. The trek to Darya Thatch is very easy for beginners.
Surrounded by dense deodar forests, this trek reaches the meadows of Dayra Thach. It is a total trek of five kilometers. As soon as we reach Dayara Thatch, we pitch our tent and enjoy the beauty of this nature. For some time we also played cricket in Dayara thatch. As night falls, we have dinner and sleep after watching the Milky Way.
