Good morning wonderful world of Hive I trust you are well and having a wonderful new year and got the chance to escape life for a while through the holiday break.
I took off to the bush for the holidays so stay tuned as I update you on awesome regional areas to visit in Australia. But for today's @pinmapple adventure we explore the wonderful world of Putt Putt Fun Centre in Mildura.
Located at 15 - 17 Orange Avenue, Mildura is one of Mildura's longest running arcades with dodgem cars, coin operated arcade games, pool table, air hockey and an 18 hole mini golf course.
Located right across the road is also Mildura's largest water slide the aquacoaster, unfortunately it was closed new years day so I wasn't able to take lil miss 3 for a ride down the slide. But not too worry we were located on the Murray River so plenty of time for fun in the river.
The coin operated arcade games will keep you and your family entertained for a few hours. Games range from $1 to $2 and higher scores produce tickets which can be used to claim winnings at the gift shop for allocated ticket amounts.
If you're up for a bit more of a challenge than why not try your hand against your friends at a round of 18 holes mini golf filled with obstacles. Be warned it's not for the amateur golfer as these obstacles come with water fountains, mini windmills with timed fans and many other shot impacting features that will throw your swing off.
My favourite thing to do has always been the dodgem cars where you get to race around a small track and try to bump out your opponents for the top podium finish. We were lucky when we went there was no one else using the track so we had it to ourselves and were able to put out foot to the floor.
