Peluru hill, Brunei Darussalam - a breathtaking view

Brunei is home to lots of natural wonders and amazing hiking spots. I am going to bring you to one of my favorite spots to hike here in Brunei. Hiking is at times relax as you take a breath of fresh air. Brunei is a small country located on the island of Borneo. On occasion, I would visit Brunei.

My mom-in law is currently 65 and she hikes here almost every day. She's super fast. This whole trail takes around one hour to complete and most beginners can complete this trail.

Some of the ascending trails.

These trails have been paved by other hikers who come here daily for a hike.

Naturally made trails that are not too rough and are easy walks. On any given day, if you feel a bit stressed out, you can always come here for a hike.

The dense tropical forest of Brunei. Most of Brunei is covered with dense forest. The island of Borneo lies along the equator and the rainfall here is consistently heavy.

Some of the mountain bikers come to bring their bikes here to train. Some of these path are steep.

Lots of birds chirping in the trees and wind.

The trees here are neatly arranged.

Lots of fresh air. Some oxygen to the brain.

Some of the electrical pylons along the way. There are some trails here jungle trails for those who are more experienced.

Deep into the jungle of Brunei.

This trail is an amazing walk. Lots of the grass is uncut. I normally have my sunblock applied. Are there snakes?

The answer is no. I've been to these trails all my life and not a single time I've encountered a single snake. I've been hiking at a lot of places around Brunei and Malaysia and not even a single time I've seen a single snake.

Walking up the trail.

Resting before continuing. There are many shortcuts here to head out to the main road if you do feel tired.

The spectacular view from these hills.

That is a fertilizer plant in Brunei.

Lots of scenic views.

Final push. If you love nature, you would definitely enjoy walking around here.

There are many resting stations like these throughout the hike.

These steps lead to the car park.

Lots of cars parked here.

Time for a short rest.
