Hanoi , Vietnam Street Foods & Military Museum.

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam with a population of just over 8 million people it has a very rich culture dating back with the Chinese and the French. It is a very energetic city with lots of good vibes the nights especially when the sun goes down the city comes more alive with street food vendors everywhere you look the locals and expats flow into the streets making it feel like the whole city is in a party mood.

Whether you are on the streets during the day or night you will never starve if you haven't try street food in Vietnam it's worth just going to Vietnam just for the street foods there is a saying "Don't leave Hanoi without trying street foods". Dine on the wild and wonderful at every corner.

I never eaten some much noodle in my life till i tasted the street noodles in Hanoi , i can't even begin to tell you how fresh and tasty it was the mix of the broth whether it was chicken , pork or beef just melted in my mouth and with the crunchy flower of the bean sprouts and basil , i was eating a bowl of noodles at almost every corner of Hanoi like everyone else was doing couching on the streets of Hanoi and enjoying there noodle soups.

No matter what we ate fried spring with vegetables or spring rolls wrap with a thin sheet of noodle pastry dip with some peanut sauce and chili just everything had extremely superb flavor that kept you going back for more even the ice-creams had a very fruity taste with bits of fruits , coconut milk and ice mixed in to cool that heat of you.

This was a nice looking Rooster we uncounted he was getting well look after and feed maybe he was going to be the next cuisine chicken broth soup but he was to good looking to be slaughtered 😁

No matter what part of town you were in there was eating going on in every street and every alleyway and it was making me hungry every time at looked at people eating the streets were just flowing with nice food odors like been in one big kitchen.

If you wanted your shoes cleaned or repaired this was available there on the streets have a noddle while your getting your shoes cleaned up or repaired how cool is that great service 😁

There shots of black coffee in the mornings really got you buzzing don't know what they were putting in them but it was the best shots of coffee i ever tasted i do think the recipe was handed down from the French people living there.

The views around the banks of the Red River where amazing with all the Chinese bridges that were built in the days with nice gardens around the river and plenty of fresh fruits to be eaten along the banks of the Red River.

Like every Asia country in the world they all have huge markets everywhere to cater for there population of people but i love wandering through the traditional markets down the small alleyways with narrow shop houses and get to see the real local foods and some things might even shock you and also you get to meet the real locals , experience the real culture of this beautiful country.

After a wander around the local markets and a few bowls of soup we jump into a taxi and we were heading over to the Vietnam Military History Museum i love looking at old stuff especially planes even though i don't know much about there makes and models i just love looking at antique and vintage planes and old weaponry.

Unsurprisingly much of the focus here i noticed was upon the French and American conflicts. I can't imagine that there's collection anywhere else in the world of US helicopters, planes, and other military vehicles that this museum had.

The sight of huge airplanes and helicopters and fighter jets and missiles just adds to the whole excitement. Once you enter the museum it's a plethora of knowledge. They’ve displayed extensively about all the wars Vietnam has suffered over the years.

I've constantly been captivated by Military and war history, watching films based on war. It was a total treat for me to find out all of the military equipment along with ammunition. Everybody may not like it almost as i did. Though its an extremely cool spot to enjoy.

I loved this structure built from the wreckage of French and American planes R.I.P ❤️
