Beaches in Skennars Head Ballina, NSW, Australia.

Sunday we decided to take a drive from Byron Bay beach to Ballina beach between this section of the NSW coastline you will find a few beaches like Sharpes Beach, Boulder Beach, Seven Mile Beach, Lennox Heads, Brunswick Heads and a few more it's about a 35km coastline in between the towns it's a very relaxing, charming and peaceful drive along this stretch of road sometimes driving along the coastline and sometimes having to go a little inland around the towns along the way.

The coastline views and the inland mountains makes it all a very pleasant drive you can stop off at any of the beach towns along the way, each beach and every town along this 35km of NSW coastline you will find are the most beautiful beaches with charming little towns full of friendly country people.

In between this 35km stretch of northern coastline in Australia, is the most visited by residence of Australia and tourist from overseas these beautiful white sand beaches offer you the best activities you could
imagine, great surfing conditions, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, and fantastic beaches to swim in.

If you love jogging like, I do you can jog along these long stretches of beaches or you can take to the pathways along the cliff sides enjoying the breathtaking coastline views as your jogging along, walking or just walking your dog. In the months between May to September whale migration becomes a entertainment for all interested whale watches these huge beautiful whales swimming almost pass you along the Pacific ocean is just a eye opener.

I often do this drive along the coastline with my wife and friends stopping of at a couple towns along the way for lunch and dinner you will find some of the most freshers seafood restaurants by the beachfronts what better way to spend a day with your wife and friends overlooking the Pacific ocean beaches and the amazing seascapes.

The different rocky formations is always interesting in the way it changes from beach to beach can be boulders, huge rocks to flat rock bases.

All the way along this 35km stretch of coastline from Byron Bay to Ballina Beach you can hike it if you love hiking, it will take you through the most amazing rain-forest on the highlands of the cliff sides and you don't need to do this hike in a hurry you can stop over night at the many beach bungalows along the way enjoy the sunset and the sunrise and be on your way the next morning.

In what ever way you decide to see this magnificent part of the NSW northern coastline from Byron Bay to Ballina whether you hike it, mountain bike it or drive it you will be amazed in the beauty of the these beaches, seascapes and landscapes without mentioning all the charming towns you come across and you can stop along the way enjoy the best of Australia's seafood and hospitality of the local people along the way.
