Exploring new places can indeed have a positive impact on my mood and overall well-being. It's wonderful to discover that this particular location brings a refreshing feeling, which may help me appreciate and enjoy my time there even more.

Hey friends! I'm thrilled to share my latest adventure with you all. Recently, I visited the stunning Gewanon Beach Resort in Calatrava, Negros Occidental, Philippines. This place is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.

Together with friends, we decided to travel to this place for the enjoyment of our free time. We traveled from our town, Don Salvador Benedicto; it took us how many hours to arrive at our destination. As we arrive at Gewanon Beach Resort, the staff welcomes us with friendly words and a smile. As we go to this resort, it's an opportunity for us to enjoy a lot, as few people go there. I forgot again to take a picture at the entrance, as my cell phone was inside my bag.

It's a nicer area to hang out with friends and family. Because there is no internet in this location, everyone may pay attention and appreciate its beauty.

While everyone is preparing and resting, I have the opportunity to take a photo of the surroundings.

The cottages are made of bamboo and wood. They used it as it is abundant and eco-friendly resource. It is also a strong and flexible material, allowing for creative and versatile designs. It's a brilliant idea tho! In this resort, you can bring your own food; you can grill and cook it yourself.

Exploring the beauty of Gewanon!

We opted to tour the rest of the resort and boarded a boat for only Php 30.00. If you wish to take a picture, make sure you sit on a comfy chair and that your phone is in a waterproof case. We are grateful to "Manong" for allowing us to explore it. He is usually cheerful and smiling, making us feel at ease. All I can tell from those smiles is that he is a cheerful person who is determined that no matter how terrible life gets, they would always think positively and make everyone happy.

Overnight!

After all along exploring and swimming.

We decided to spend an overnight at this resort to experience the beauty there. We just bring a tent, as there will be limited room in there. It's just a simple beach resort with a friendly environment and relaxing scenery. You will enjoy whether low tide and high tide.

The moon greets us in the evening! You are truly fantastic. It's almost 10:00 p.m., and we're still talking and admiring the moonlight.

Good morning!

A new day means a fresh start.

At around 6:00 a.m. We usually view the sunrise in the morning, but unfortunately, it is obscured by clouds. On the other hand, the beauty of a sunset emerges, and the rays continue to awaken us while having our coffee.

On our way home, we took how many hours again and decided to stop at this place to take a photo. It was breathtakingly magnificent, as if we were on top of a mountain. We see the entire scenery, including the mountains, trees, and sea. We continued to go home to rest. Thank you God, for the safe travel.
