Well , Iam here to explain you'll about it.
It is how it look from outside. Generally it is made by local people just to feed the passengers crossing them. You will get different types of vegetables, pulses , rice and much more and that too in cheap price.
This dhaba is owned by a family which basically belong to Nepal but get settled here in India years ago to get some occupation. This dhaba is located on NH -10 near Sawra- Kuddu hydroproject in Jubbal at Shimla.
Food here is prepared in a very ancient style which is totally healthy and tasty.
Making food in this way does not cost much and it is much safer than modern ways.
This dhaba has capacity of 8-10 people at a time. Momos and noodles are speciality of this dhaba. Different dishes famous in Nepal are also available here.
This is kitchen area. You can see a steamer here which is used to make momos.
All the raw material used to make food is kept on one side which includes vegetable eggs and other things too.
Owner of this dhaba is very kind, friendly and welcoming lady and the food she cook is really amazing.
You'll must try eating in dhaba, it's like once in a lifetime experience. It also helps these people to generate income for their living.
