Nuestro paseo en Santa Marta sigue pero se está acabando, esperamos hoy por nuestro último día en la playa pero esta vez en compañía de nuestros amigos José y Eduardo, a quienes nos encontramos aquí y con quienes la hemos pasado genial. Todo ha sido estupendo, aunque para ser sinceros esperábamos un poco más de Santa Marta y sus al rededores, sin embargo no me quejo y espero terminar de pasarla increible al lado de mi hermana.
Our walk in Santa Marta continues but is ending, we wait today for our last day at the beach but this time in the company of our friends José and Eduardo, whom we met here and with whom we have had a great time. Everything has been great, although to be honest we expected a little more from Santa Marta and its surroundings, however I am not complaining and I hope to finish having an incredible time with my sister.
Tomar el desayuno siempre será una de nuestra partes favoritas del día, aunque nos ofrecen 3 opciones (huevo revuelto, huevo frito o huevos revueltos con salchicha) siempre decidimos por lo mismo, huevos revueltos con salchicha, arepa con queso, café con leche o chocolate caliente y el respectivo jugo de tomate de árbol o tamarindo, esas son las opciones sobre la mesa.
Having breakfast will always be one of our favorite parts of the day, although they offer us 3 options (scrambled egg, fried egg or scrambled eggs with sausage) we always decide for the same thing, scrambled eggs with sausage, arepa with cheese, coffee with milk or chocolate hot and the respective tree tomato or tamarind juice, those are the options on the table.
Nos ha encantado todo, todo ha sido estupendo desee el primer día y esperamos que siga siendo así. Mi hermana y yo, ayer decidimos darnos un descanso de nuestro día playero y preferimos ir a caminar, tomar algo, compartir y conocer, así que esta vez fue el turno de ir al Parque de Los novios, no íbamos solas, con buena compañía y las bebidas estuvieron increíbles.
We have loved everything, everything has been great on the first day and we hope it continues to be so. My sister and I, yesterday we decided to take a break from our beach day and we preferred to go for a walk, have a drink, share and meet, so this time it was our turn to go to the Parque de Los novios, we did not go alone, with good company and the drinks were amazing.
Comenzamos llehando al airbnb donde se estan hospedando Edu y José, estuvimos un buen rato allá compartiendo con ellos hasta que pudiesemos salir porque justo cuando llegamos al lugar comenzó a llover y no escampaba, así que fueron unas cuántas horas esperando, hasta que finalmente escampó y fuimos a caminar las calles para observar que podiamos elegir, habían entre tantas opciones, pensabamos comer pizza, luego hamburguesas hasta que nos decidimos por arroz chino, limpias, salteados y pollo en salsa agridulce, un excelente menú por tan solo 62000 pesos lo que equivale a 16.7 dólares prácticamente.
We started by going to the airbnb where Edu and José are staying, we spent a good time there sharing with them until we could leave because just when we got to the place it started to rain and it did not clear, so they were a few hours waiting, until it finally cleared and We went to walk the streets to see that we could choose, I have among so many options, we thought to eat pizza, then hamburgers until we decided on Chinese rice, clean, sautéed and chicken in sweet and sour sauce, an excellent menu for only 62,000 pesos which is equivalent at $ 16.7 practically.
Estuvo delicioso, demasiado diría yo, aunque este combo que también venía con una coca cola cuando lo vimos pensabamos que sería suficiente para los 3 pero nos engañamos puerto que realmente pueden comer unas 5 personas de allí, así que decidimos llevarle a unas amigas para que comieran también y les gustó mucho, todos quedamos satisfechos e incluso sobró y guardamos para la cena.
It was delicious, I would say too much, although this combo that also came with a coke when we saw it, we thought it would be enough for the 3 of us, but we were fooled port that about 5 people can really eat there, so we decided to take some friends to eat. Mientras buscábamos la opción para almorzar, decidimos caminar por el parque de los novios y hacernos un par de fotos porque paseo sin fotos no es paseo, aunque la lluvia dejó las calles un desastre no fue impedimento para nosotras y pudimos disfrutar de unas buenas en el sitio. Posteriormente decidimos buscar a las chicas para ir a tomarnos algo y ver el partido y así fué. El sitio increíble, muchos extranjeros, buena atención y buena bebida, los cócteles que pedimos eran realmente una maravilla.
While we were looking for the option to have lunch, we decided to walk through the bride and groom's park and take a couple of photos because a walk without photos is not a walk, although the rain left the streets a disaster was not an impediment for us and we were able to enjoy some good ones in the site. Later we decided to look for the girls to go have a drink and watch the game and that's how it was. Al salir de allí fuimos a la discoteca un rato porque queríamos bailar, aunque en primer lugar queríamos ir por unos buenos chupitos. Esperamos ir hoy a la playa por ser nuestro último día, ya les estaremos contando la aventura. Esto fue todo amigos, espero les haya gustado. Un abrazo
When we got out of there we went to the disco for a while because we wanted to dance, although we wanted to go for some good shots in the first place.
