I would like to tell you about the picnic we had with my colleagues at Gölcük lake last weekend. Is there anyone among you who does not like picnics and has no memory of this? I think there is no one among us who does not have a picnic. We took two carboys and a few small 5 liter cans to use at the picnic.
We decided to make a hair kebab at the picnic, it is not as challenging as a barbecue, we bought drinks from the market 🥗 we bought tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers to make salad 🍉 we bought watermelon, we bought tandoori bread to dip in hair kebab from the oven, we bought our beef from the butcher, and then we took the tail fat from the house. , we arrived at our destination, a quiet tree with a quiet lake view 🌲 we set up in a shaded place under the tree, we laid our straw mats.
While talking and chatting, I brewed our tea in the samovar, put sheep cheese between the tea and lavash and drank it, and we continued to chat. Cows were grazing on the edge of the lake, there were beautiful houses built there, although it was the weekend, there was no crowd, I guess, not many people knew.
When we started to get hungry, we set up our stove with stones, 🔥 we lit our fire, we put the hair on it, we melted the tail fat in it, we put our meat in it, we threw the spice 🍅 tomato, pepper and so on, a very beautiful image came out, the image of it gave birth to our stomach before we even ate it.
When our hair kebab was ready, we put it in the middle of the table we set up, we ate the bread with a salad and a drink, I don't want to tell you too much so that you don't get hungry. After all, we ate our dinner, drank our tea, drank our coffee, got our fresh air, we had a nice day.

Geçen haftasonu Gölcük gölüne iş arkadaşlarımla yaptığımız piknikten sizlere bahsetmek istiyorum.Aranizda piknik yapmayı sevmeyen bu konuda bir hatırası anısı olmayan var mı? Bence aramızda piknik yapmayan yoktur piknikte kullanmak için yanımıza iki damacana bir kaç tanede küçük 5 litrelik bidonlardan aldık piknikte su olmazsa olmazlarındandır suyumuzu yol üzerinden doldurduk tadı harikaydı.
Piknikte saç kebabı yapmaya karar verdik, mangal kadar uğraştırıcı olmuyor,marketten içecek aldık 🥗 salata yapmak için 🍅 domates,biber, salatalık aldık 🍉 karpuz aldık,fırından saç kebabına bandırmak için tandır ekmeği aldık ,kasaptan dana etimizide aldıktan sonra kuyruk yağınida evden aldık koyulduk yola ,gideceğimiz yere vardık,sessiz sakin göl manzaralı tam kafa dinlemelik ağaç 🌲 ağaç altı gölge bir yere kurulduk ,hasirlarimizi serdik.
Sohbet muhabbet derken semaverde çayımızı demledim, çayla birlikte lavaş arasına koyun peynirini koyup içerek sohbete devam ettik.Gölün kenarında inekler başıboş bir şekilde otluyorlardi,orada yapılmış güzel 🏡 evler vardı,haftasonu olmasına rağmen hiç kalabalık yoktu sanırım pek kimse bilmiyordu.
Karnımız acikmaya başlayınca taşlardan ocagimizi kurduk,🔥 ateşimizi yaktık, üzerine saçı koyup içinde kuyruk yağını erittik etlerimizi içine attık baharatı 🍅 domatesi biberini falan attikdan sonra çok güzel bir görüntü meydana geldi,daha yemeden adete görüntüsü karnımızı doğurmuştu .
Saç kebabimiz hazır olunca kurduğumuz sofranın ortasına koyduk yanında salata ve içecekle birlikte ekmeği bandıra bandıra yedik ,iştahınız kabarmasin diye fazlada anlatmak istemiyorum neticede o gün yemeğimizi yedik,çayımızı içtik ,kahvemizi içtik,temiz havamızı aldık güzel bir gün geçirdik .
