Actually, I have a lot of pending content to publish but many times the day to day consumes your time and does not allow you to publish the content properly 🤭 but, to start, I will start by sharing the visit to a wonderful place from the last tour I have done... I made this guide on Sunday, January 22, in the state of Mérida, the destination has been the "Capilla de Piedra" which was made by Juan Félix Sánchez in 1984 and is now an iconic place of great importance in our country.
Hola mi comunidad bonita 🌎📍 estoy de regreso con mi contenido de viajes de turismo 🚞🎒 algunos hivers aquí presentes saben que trabajo como guía de turismo en mi país Venezuela 🇻🇪 soy la guía principal de mi ciudad Maracaibo y realizamos viajes a diferentes estados de mí hermoso país.
En realidad tengo mucho contenido pendiente por publicar pero muchas veces el día a día te consume el tiempo y no permite publicar el contenido debidamente 🤭 pero, para dar inicio comenzaré compartiendo la visita a un lugar maravilloso de el último tour que he realizado... Esta guiatura la hice el domingo 22 de enero en el estado de Mérida el destino ha sido la "Capilla de Piedra" la cual fue elaborada por Juan Félix Sánchez en el año 1984 y ahora es un lugar de gran importancia en icónico de nuestro país.
The Capilla de Piedra is located in San Rafael del páramo de mucuchies, which is considered the highest town in Venezuela 🇻🇪 and is located in the state of Mérida at 3140 meters above sea level right on the Trasandina highway. 🛤️
This Capilla de Piedra was built in honor of the Virgin of Coromoto by the sculptor Juan Felíx Sánchez in a period of two years with the help and support of the community based on stones, it was designed stone on stone and was inaugurated in the year 1984 together with a great mass.
La Capilla de piedra esta ubicada en San Rafael del páramo de mucuchies, el cuál es considerado el pueblo más alto de Venezuela 🇻🇪 y está ubicado en el estado Mérida a 3140 msnm justo en la carretera Trasandina. 🛤️
Está Capilla de Piedra fue construida en honor a la Virgen de Coromoto por el escultor Juan Felíx Sánchez en un periodo de dos años con ayuda y apoyo de la comunidad a base de piedras, fue diseñada piedra sobre piedra siendo inaugurada en el año 1984 junto con una gran misa.
The chapel is made with stones, these stones were placed one by one, that is, with a lot of effort, where the chapel is located, everything is surrounded by peaks, lagoons, crops and obviously by beautiful mountains because right there we are in the Meridian páramo. Being there without a doubt everything is a perfect view regardless of which angle you look at because it is simply beautiful.
La capilla está elaborada con piedras, dichas piedras fueron colocadas una por una es decir con mucho esfuerzo, dónde se encuentra la capilla todo está rodeado por cumbres, lagunas, cosechas y obviamente por hermosas montañas porque justamente ahí estamos en el páramo merideño. Al estar ahí sin duda alguna todo es una vista perfecta indiferentemente de cuál ángulo observes porque es simplemente hermoso.
In the place there is always an elderly man of approximately 80 years who narrates part of the story and at the end asks for a collaboration for his diabetes treatment and thank God tourists always collaborate even with something minimal but they do.
On this occasion I attended the place with 22 tourists, among them we had an 11-year-old girl who was very happy to observe the place and the landscapes around her, as usual I took the opportunity to take pictures of the place and also to photograph them because It's part of my job and that also makes me happy because I can capture their experiences in photographs and they will last for many, many years.
En el lugar se encuentra siempre un señor de edad avanzada unos 80 años aproximadamente que narra parte de la historia y al finalizar pide una colaboración para su tratamiento de diabetes y gracias a Dios siempre los turistas colaboran así sea con algo mínimo pero lo hacen.
En esta ocasión asistí al lugar con 22 turistas entre ellos teníamos una niña de 11 años la cual estaba muy felíz al observar el lugar y los paisajes a su alrededor, cómo de costumbre aproveché para tomar fotografías del lugar y también para fotografiarlos a ellos porque es parte de mi trabajo y eso también me hace felíz porque puedo plasmar las vivencias de ellos en fotografías y así perduren por muchos muchos años.
When I arrive at the place, I usually narrate the story and it is very nice to see how everyone listens in silence while I speak. Many of them really do care about the history of each tourist site we visit and that is really nice because it is very, very important to know the origin of places or rather of everything that surrounds us.
Unfortunately the insecurity of my country is present everywhere, so the structure of said chapel is in danger because stones have been removed and that makes it possible to collapse... And it is painful because it is part of the culture Merideña is part of Venezuela 🇻🇪 and if we don't take care of our things ourselves, no one else will. We hope this does not continue to happen because it really is a place of the utmost importance for the town as well as for the country. This chapel fully represents the Merida tour and is something of great value for everyone.
It was really a successful tour, the tourists were very pleased as well as me. It is difficult at times to make the tour go well because it is not easy to work with so many people because not all of them have the same way of being, but from the beginning I try to do my best to obtain a totally pleasant result and in This occasion has been like that and I am very happy. 💙
Al llegar al lugar suelo narrar la historia y resulta muy agradable poder ver cómo todos escuchan en silencio mientras hablo, realmente a muchos de ellos si les importa la historia de cada sitio turístico que visitamos y eso es realmente agradable porque es muy muy importante conocer el origen de los lugares o mejor dicho de todo lo que nos rodea.
Lamentablemente la inseguridad de mi país está presente en todas partes, por lo que la estructura de dicha capilla se encuentra en peligro debido a que han retirado piedras y eso hace que se pueda derrumbar... Y resulta doloroso porque es parte de la cultura merideña es parte de Venezuela 🇻🇪 y si nosotros mismos no cuidamos nuestras cosas nadie más lo hará. Esperamos que esto no siga sucediendo porque realmente es un lugar de suma importancia para el pueblo como para el país, está capilla representa totalmente el tour merideño y es algo de gran valor para todos.
Realmente fue un tour exitoso, los turistas quedaron muy complacidos al igual que yo. Es difícil en algunas ocasiones lograr que el tour resulte bien porque no es fácil trabajar con tantas personas debido a que no todas tienen misma forma de ser pero, desde el principio trato de dar lo mejor de mí para poder obtener un resultado totalmente agradable y en esta ocasión ha sido así y estoy muy felíz. 💙
