Greetings to all Hive friends, how many people who are reading this post are interested in reading? Knowledge is power and at the same time it complements us as human beings, however; I have read that the more ignorant we are the happier we will be; nevertheless the urge to learn is an unstoppable fact for me in particular.

I want to share with you a place where I was which has to do with all this knowledge and reading. It is a sculpture titled "El sueño del lector" (The reader's dream). It is a tribute dedicated to the great letters of the Argentine country, this work was carried out by the artist Pablo Irrgang who decided to make it thinking of a giant head resting on the lawn.

This sculpture is located in the National Argentine Park, in front of Figueroa Alcorta Avenue in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The head seems to be asleep and on its surface lie embossed typographies and behind it is hollow in the form of a seat so that visitors can sit and in turn be part of it.

There is something very interesting with this work, is that in these seats are included speakers that allow visitors to listen to literary texts narrated by the writers themselves.

The purpose of this is to make people interested in reading and in the authors, thus stimulating the desire for knowledge. Some of this recorded material includes authors such as Jorge Luis Borges, Julio Cortázar, Oliverio Girondo, among many others.
