The LGU-Buenavista has introduced and promoted Alicia's as the first tourist attraction. It's in Brgy. Sangay, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, and it's only 16 kilometers from the national highway.

I haven't had time to relax since the start of my online class. So I was overjoyed when my family chose to spend the weekend at Alicia's Eco Ridge Park. I appreciate viewing the scenery of mountains, rice fields, residents, and just the view of what a province life is like while traveling to Alicia's. It was a hot afternoon when we arrived, and we hadn't brought an umbrella to cover us from the sun, but that didn't matter because the breathtaking view made it all worthwhile.

The mountains, the trees, the birds chirping, the wind blowing, and the tranquility were all very soothing. It was all I needed to ease my stress from the previous weeks of being so preoccupied with my studies.

They have some "pugad" designs made of bamboo that are Instagram-worthy, which I thoroughly like as well. A small cafe that sold reasonably priced food and have a few of modest nipa hut houses that are ideal for overnight guests,as well as a camping facility for individuals that enjoy camping.

Alicia's accepts reservations for events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, and other celebrations. This location is ideal for family bonding, social gatherings with friends, and romantic picnics or dinner dates. I didn't get to spend the night there because our time there was limited owing to another commitment that day. However, I had a brief conversation with one of the staff members and he mentioned that the park was lit up at night with lantern lights, which the visitors loved.

My favorite moment of my trip there was when I snapped a shot of myself under a "pugad" with a picturesque corner behind me exhibiting Mt. Mayapay's stunning beauty.
