Temporary exhibitions 🎨 Centre Pompidou Málaga (Eng/ Esp)

Good morning, afternoon or evening to all the @pinmapple community, I hope you are all feeling well.

This time I bring you the second part of the visit to the Centre Pompidou Malaga, in a building they call El Cubo, between the city's pier 1 and 2, near the seafront.

In addition to the semi-permanent exhibition of the previous publication, there are three more exhibitions that are temporary and smaller than the previous one.

En esta oportunidad les traigo la segunda parte de la visita al Centre Pompidou Málaga, en un edificio que llaman El Cubo, entre el muelle 1 y 2 de la ciudad, cerca del paseo marítimo.
Además de la exposición semipermanente de la publicación anterior, tres exposiciones más que son temporales y más pequeñas que la anterior.

The first of these temporary exhibitions is that of Lucio Fontana, called RECTO-VERSO.

A very interesting sample of works, where you could visualize a diversity of artistic types, paintings, drawings, sculptures among others, as well as explanatory photographs of the author of the same.

La primera de estas exposiciones temporales es la de Lucio Fontana, llamada RECTO-VERSO.
Una muestra de obras muy interesante, donde podía visualizar diversidad de tipos artísticos, pinturas, dibujos, esculturas entre otras, como así también fotografías explicativas del autor de las mismas.

The works that most caught my attention were the sculptures, very beautiful and where I could see all kinds of faces intertwined with each other. If you look closely you can discover a lot of what the artist wants to show.

On the other hand, I really liked the writings about the author, phrases that he had expressed at the time. Attached is the one that struck me the most.

Las obras que más me llamaron la atención fueron las esculturas, muy bellas y donde podía ver todo tipo de rostros entrelazados entre sí. Mirando con detenimiento se pueden descubrir mucho de lo que el artista quiere mostrar.
Por otro lado, me gustó mucho los escritos que había sobre el autor, frases que había expresado en su momento. Adjunto la que más me impactó.

The next exhibition is of a single work and is called The Labyrinth of Light and the Minotaur by Bernardí Roig.

The exhibition is located in the museum's glass cube where light enters from outside.

It consists of blocks of light and a Minotaur's head. Its symbolism is that the gazes of the visitors feed the head. Very interesting how the light from outside gave different reflections depending on whether it was seen from the floor below or above and depending on how the sun was shining.

La siguiente exposición es de una sola obra y se denomina El laberinto de Luz y el Minotauro del autor Bernardí Roig.
Una exposición ubicada en el cubo de cristal del museo donde entra la luz del exterior.
Consiste en bloques de luz y una cabeza de minotauro. Su simbología es que las miradas de los visitantes alimentan a esa cabeza. Muy interesante como la luz del exterior daba diferentes reflejos según se viera del piso de abajo o el de arriba y según iluminara el sol.

The last exhibition-workshop is called Living Images by Yaacov Agam.

The works are intended primarily for young audiences, especially children.

An endless number of colours and moving images. Many visitors accompanied by their children enjoyed the pleasant sight of figures and colour.

La última exposición – taller se denomina Imágenes vivas del autor Yaacov Agam.
Las obras van destinada sobre todo al público joven, sobre todo niños.
Un sinfín de colores e imágenes en movimientos. Muchos visitantes acompañados de sus hijos disfrutaban de tan agradable vista figuras y color.

In the final part of the visit we can see a shop with lots of objects, especially books related to the exhibition and art in general.

Visitors can buy souvenirs and everything that is on sale there, articles, accessories and other things.

En el tramo final de la visita podemos ver una tienda con muchísimos objetos, sobre todo libros alusivos a la exposición y al arte en general.
Los visitantes pueden comprar recuerdos y todo lo que allí está a la venta, artículos, accesorios entre otras cosas.

It is a beautiful museum, very spacious and colourful. As I said before, it deserves your visit and appreciation of art.
