~ESPAÑOL~ Ser estudiante de Fisioterapia y llevar casi dos años entrenando me ha hecho desarrollar una admiración y respeto gigante hacia el cuerpo humano y todo lo que es capaz de hacer. En este contexto, cuando se entrena conscientemente, semana a semana poder percibir algún avance, así sea mínimo, es increíble, o al menos para mi lo es. Por lo menos esta semana *(del 08 al 12/04),* pude darme cuenta de lo mucho que ha mejorado mi **resistencia y tolerancia** a los estímulos; puedo realizar todas las repeticiones en cualquier ejercicio con **full rango de movimiento,** por ejemplo, me pueden ver en la foto realizando ***Sentadilla Búlgara*** a todo lo que da, con todo y que mantener la estabilidad es complejo con la sensación de quemazón del ejercicio, JAJAJ. Antes detestaba este ejecicio pero ya lo he aprendido a querer, me hace sentir una persona fuerte que mejora con el su equilibrio, concentración y le da poder a sus musculitos, jeje. Cuéntame, que tal te fue a ti esta semana entrenando? Nos vemos pronto, espero arranques esta nueva semana con las mejores energías y actitud!

I used to hate this exercise but now I've learned to love it, it makes me feel like a strong person that improves my balance, concentration and gives power to my muscles, hehe.
