Suggestions for the Future of the Broadhive Community

Hello dear Broadhive Community. As the Hive community, we have developed a lot. When Steem was on the blockchain, we all contributed more or less to the community after blockchains split. Of course we have to thank the dev team. At most, they worked. Especially Hardfork 25 was performed without any problems. It's okay to name names, because we were in it. Let's compare the current status of Steem with the current status of Hive. You can clearly see how much has changed. All these good developments have been achieved by working, contributing and supporting.

Let's come to the Broadhive community; As with the Proofofbrain Community, I have been in this community since its inception. I did not take advantage of any airdrop. I am the person who buys the most BHT. You can see this from the coin's rich list. Again, I have been curating since the foundation of the community. "Why are you telling all this?" If you ask; I want the community to continue to thrive. Unfortunately the Broadhive Community has stopped developing. I have a few suggestions on the subject.

  • Combine the token creator account with the account providing tokens to the prize pool. Thus, the pool can continue to distribute prizes without hesitation. It is the human condition; We may not be able to log into accounts for a while. We may be on vacation. Internet outage may occur. The prize pool will continue to work when you merge accounts.

  • Do not send tokens to uncertain sources. For delegation, for contests, events, airdrops, for community related development fees etc. We have to pay for many things. There is no problem with that. However, if we send too many tokens and distribute tokens, the supply will increase. This negatively affects the price. Therefore, the token supply, including the prize pool, must be balanced. You must be able to give users a reason to stake their BHT.

  • Support BHT. Buy back when necessary. Do studies so that users can earn profits in a profitable and balanced way. Thus, the buyer-seller balance will be ensured. A beneficiary account can be selected for this. A token fund can be created. But it must be completely transparent. Everything about the token should be discussed with the community.

  • Support focused content. It is really difficult to ensure content creation in areas of focus in such social networks. But you can do this with various events, blind accounts, etc. you can solve. The community will grow faster if the majority curated as a community starts supporting content in focused areas.

In summary; Transparency is extremely important in blockchain. In order for the community to grow, the relationship between project management and the community must be extremely warm. Token management is one of the most important issues. It must be managed in a profitable and balanced way. If not, the community will shift to alternatives. Individuals in the community, as creators and curators, should promote focused content as much as possible.

I prepared a quick article in a short time. My time is limited as it is a holiday season. I have so many things to deal with. So sorry for any omissions and mistakes. I made such a post because I want the community to develop. I could somehow get rid of the coins in my wallet and leave the community. But the Hive Blockchain will thrive with such communities, tribal projects, various features and conveniences. That's why I try to contribute as much as possible.

I would be glad if you give your opinions and suggestions. See you.
