Dear soccer fans, let me use this match-free weekend to finally write my report on the third Bundesliga match day. It is pleasing to see that almost all participants of the "HIVE Soccer Cup" diligently continue to make their predictions in order to work their way up the leaderboard.
I am still in first position in the overall ranking (see overview at the end of the post), but the chasing pack, led by @redpalestino, is not so easy to shake off! :)
Congratulations to @uwelang for his confident matchday victory and the resulting one hundred percent upvote in the comments section! :)
Regardless of their position in the overall standing, every matchday winner will always benefit from my one hundred percent upvote.
The past matchday presented itself without major surprises, even though Bayern Munich had a hard time against Hertha BSC Berlin, and only managed to secure a narrow 4:3 victory in injury time with a goal from Robert Lewandowski.
Frankfurt beat the strong Hoffenheim 2:1, and Schalke continues to adorn the bottom of the table as by far the weakest team as of yet.
How did you experience this round, which results surprised you the most or confirmed your assessments, and what does crystal ball gazing tell you about the upcoming games? Are you satisfied with your predictions?

Liebe Fußballfans, lasst mich dieses spielfreie Wochenende dazu nutzen, endlich meinen Bericht über den dritten Bundesligaspieltag zu verfassen. Es ist erfreulich zu sehen, dass fast alle Teilnehmer des "HIVE Soccer Cups" weiterhin fleißig mittippen, um sich im Gesamtranking emporzuarbeiten.
Ich liege zwar weiterhin an erster Position der Gesamtwertung (siehe Übersicht am Ende des Posts), aber das Verfolgerfeld, angeführt von @redpalestino, lässt sich nicht so einfach abschütteln! :)

Ungeachtet seiner Position im Gesamtranking kommt jeder Spieltagssieger in den Genuss eines hundertprozentigen Upvotes.
Der vergangene Spieltag präsentierte sich ohne größere Überraschungen, auch wenn Bayern Münschen sich gegen Hertha BSC Berlin sehr schwer tat und erst in der Nachspielzeit durch ein Tor von Robert Lewandowski den knappen 4:3 Sieg sicherstellen konnte.
Frankfurt schlug das starke Hoffenheim mit 2:1, und Schalke ziert weiterhin als bisher mit Abstand schwächstes Team das Tabellenende.
Wie habt ihr diese Runde erlebt, welche Ergebnisse haben euch am meisten überrascht bzw. in euren Einschätzungen bestätigt, und was sagt eure Glaskugel für die kommenden Spiele? Seid ihr zufrieden mit euren Tipps?
