Dear soccer fans, It's happening soon: in less than a week, on September 18th, 2020, the German 1st Bundesliga starts, and as already announced in the comming season the "HIVE Bundesliga Soccer Competition" will take place on kicktipp.
In the announcement post you will also find everything concerning the rules and other basic questions concerning the predicction game!
Remark on the rules
I have chosen dynamic odds when I created the soccer competition, that means the odds may change at any time before the start of the events, depending on the predictions of the participants. If, for example, almost all players believe that Bayern Munich will win for sure, each participant will only receive three points for a correct tendency prediction in the event of a Bayern victory, but nine points for a correct tendency prediction on the opponent (the exact rules description can be found in the announcement post).
However, it is important to know that the odds which you actually get for a correct prediction are the ones displayed right before the game starts! My advice: to avoid being surprised by unfavourable odds developments, early predictors should check the current odds again shortly before the start of the games and possibly modify their predictions accordingly!

Why should you participate?
So far, 28 Hiveians have registered, but I hope for still many more participants to join! The larger the field of competitors, the more exciting the prediction game!

I'm really looking forward to the upcoming Bundesliga season, and I'm sure that the prediction competition will be even more fun, the more enthusiastic soccer fans take part!
Moreover, an enormously exciting competition of soccer experts, odds analysts (and possibly bot programmers?) for the first places might break out, especially since the odds system described in the announcement post makes it seem interesting not to always bet on the favorites only!
But do you really think to stand a chance of beating me? Come on ... be honest ... haha. :-)))

There is a lot to win:
I myself will sent 100 HIVE to the overall winner, i.e. the participant with the most total points at the end of the season.
Additionally, the respective matchday winners will receive 100 % upvotes in the commentary section of the articles in which I post the interim results!
So it can be worthwhile to participate even if you are way behind in the overall standings.

Hallo liebe Fußballfans, es ist bald soweit: In weniger als einer Woche, am 18.09.2020, rollt in den Stadien der 1. Bundesliga wieder das runde Leder, und wie bereits angekündigt findet diese Saison der "HIVE Bundesliga Soccer Competition" auf kicktipp statt.
Im Ankündigungspost findest du auch alles bezüglich der Spielregeln und anderer grundsätzlicher Fragen des Tippspiels!
Anmerkung zu den Regeln
Ich habe mich beim Erstellen des Tippspiels für dynamische Quoten entschieden, d. h. die Quoten ändern sich ständig in Abhängigkeit davon, wie die Tippspielteilnehmer tippen. Glauben also beispielsweise fast alle Teilnehmer, dass Bayern München sicherlich gewinnen wird, erhält jeder im Falle eines Bayern-Sieges für einen richtigen Tendenztipp nur drei Punkte, für einen richtigen Tendenztipp auf den Gegner erhielte er dann neun Punkte (die genaue Regelbeschreibung findet sich im Ankündigungpost).
Wichtig ist jedoch: Die Quote, die man für einen richtigen Tipp tatsächlich erhält, ist diejenige, die direkt vor Spielbeginn angezeigt wird! Mein Rat: Um zu vermeiden, von für sie ungünstigen Quotenentwicklungen überrascht zu werden, sollten Frühtipper kurz vor Spielbeginn noch einmal die aktuellen Quoten überprüfen und dementsprechend möglicherweise ihre Tipps modifizieren!

Warum solltest du unbedingt teilnehmen?
Bisher haben sich 28 Hiveians angemeldet, aber ich hoffe darauf, dass es noch deutlich mehr werden! Je größer das Teilnehmerfeld, desto spannender das Tippspiel!

Ich freue mich schon sehr auf die bald beginnende Fußballsaison und bin mir sicher, das Tippspiel macht umso mehr Spaß, je mehr begeisterte Bundesligatipper sich daran beteiligen!
Außerdem dürfte ein enorm spannender Wettkampf der Fußballexperten, Quotenvergleicher (und möglicherweise Botprogrammierer?) um die ersten Plätze entbrennen, zumal es das im Ankündigungspost beschriebene Quotensystem interessant erscheinen lässt, nicht immer nur auf die Favoriten zu setzen!
Aber glaubst du wirklich, du hättest auch nur die geringste Chance, mich zu schlagen? Sei doch mal ehrlich ... haha. :-)))
