A being bound
Bindings are:
Across shadows held down
Struggling against sunlight
Tied to the nascent form
Not bound to be anything
Yet still bound
To a monolith
It rolls and rolls
Dragging my limp form
Across jagged stones
Cries and agony
Until a strand
Slit and splits
No longer bound
Merely bound to
Be insignificant.
