Una introducción necesaria
Hola a todos los miembros de esta querida comunidad y de todo el ecosistema.
Con el pensamiento de José Martí quise iniciar esta publicación porque considero que la propuesta de participación que nos hacen desde esta comunidad tiene mucho que ver con esta frase. Sin más, ahí va mi presentación:
Otra vez en una iniciativa propuesta por #hiveargentina y me place mucho participar porque es otra de las maneras que tengo de hacer crecer esta familia.
Varias preguntas nos están proponiendo como guía para conducir este escrito y estas se convertirán en el objetivo esencial de nuestra publicación:
¿Cómo explicar nuestro ecosistema?, ¿De qué se trata?, ¿Cómo empezar?, ¿Qué hacer y qué esperar en esta aventura?

Iniciando en Hive
Siempre digo a los que comienzan que tenemos que asociar a esta plataforma como una carrera de maratón, la subida de una montaña o la conquista de un gran amor, porque no llegas al final o conquistas tu objetivo, si no le pones empeño, seriedad, responsabilidad y disciplina.
Les soy claro cuando hablo y les dejo más abajo mis cinco elementos aprendidos a lo largo de estos 22 meses en esta aventura.
Explico que Hive es una plataforma, red social o ecosistema, en el que lo que más me gusta es la manera estructural del mismo y la forma de crear contenido porque hay reglas y normas que debes cumplir y se castiga lo mal hecho, se evita la discriminación, no permite el plagio y se promueve la creación novedosa de contenido.
Siempre hay quien pregunta si lo que ellos quisieran abordar tiene cabida en Hive, sobre todo cuando es un tema específico y no muy común y, la respuesta es que en este lugar hay espacio para todos los contenidos que quieran abordarse siempre que tengan calidad.
Les pido que antes de publicar comiencen estudiando, que se lean las reglas de las comunidades, que traten la manera de escribir primero, en aquellas comunidades en las que tienen o en la que tienen más conocimiento y, en la medida que vayan aprendiendo vayan ampliando su horizonte de participación.
Algunos me han dicho que es complejo el proceso y les he dicho que el aprendizaje es lento, pero que ahí radica una de sus esencias porque nos permite estudiar de manera permanente.
Un elemento que siempre explico y está recogido más abajo: No se puede entrar a Hive pensando solamente en las ganancias. Es cierto que es bueno y saber que recibirás alguna compensación económica es bueno, pero, no puede ser el objetivo final porque ni está garantizado ni siempre recibirás lo que piensas que debes recibir.
Casi siempre culmino diciéndoles que Hive es un viaje a un mudo del saber y la amistad. Que es una aventura rumbo a lo desconocido, en el que ganas aprendiendo y por aprender ganas.

Contribución al crecimiento del ecosistema
Una de las características de mi personalidad es ser agradecido porque es la manera que tengo de reconocer a los que me ayudan. Una de las maneras de agradecer es compartir lo que me enseñaron y tratar de sumar y aportar. En tal sentido, siempre recuerdo y agradezco a @theinfiltred y a @nony porque ellos son los responsables directos de estar en este ecosistema.
Y, en ese proceso de agradecimiento, he explicado a algunas personas sobre el ecosistema, sus ventajas, sus limitaciones, sus aportaciones. Es cierto que no he logrado lo que muchos, pero, me satisface saber que he ayudado a algunos que gracias, en parte a este servidor, hoy están en Hive, como: @osismi, @zorili91, @latita, @frannyon, @yirkahr. Insisto en que todo el mérito es de ellos, pues se han esforzado y están creando contenidos de calidad.
Una iniciativa: Mi cumpleaños en Hive
Tengo una manera muy mía de celebrar mi aniversario en este ecosistema y, considero que es mi manera de retribuir lo que tanto me han dado.
Como soy profesor de profesión y esta nunca me abandona, el 5 de julio se ha convertido en mi cumpleaños en Hive y, por tanto, lo celebro haciendo un taller sobre las experiencias en el ecosistema. En el evento participan los hivers de mi institución e invitamos a otros miembros de la comunidad #hivecuba, para que participen. De igual manera, el evento se convierte en una fiesta del saber porque se hacen presentaciones sobre diferentes temáticas y estas son realizadas por hivers de la comunidad.
A lo anterior sumamos refrigerios para compartir y regalos para los más destacados dentro del ecosistema o por su contribución a nuestro crecimiento.
Una reflexión final
Me considero un aprendiz permanente en todos los aspectos de la vida y Hive no escapa de ello. En este proceso de superación personal, el ayudar a otros y difundir de qué va nuestro ecosistema me alimenta el alma y fortalece mi espíritu.
Como pueden apreciar, lo planteado en esta presentación ha sido son¡bre la base de la experiencia personal on personas de mi entorno.
Considero que es la manera que tengo de ayudar a otros y retribuir lo mucho que este ecosistema me ha dado. Además, es un elemento necesario para seguir haciendo crecer la colmena e incorporar nuevas abejas a este panal.

A necessary introduction
Hello to all members of this beloved community and the entire ecosystem.
With the thought of José Martí I wanted to start this publication because I consider that the proposal of participation that we make from this community has much to do with this phrase. Without further ado, here goes my presentation:
Once again in an initiative proposed by #hiveargentina and I am very pleased to participate because it is another of the ways I have to make this family grow.
Several questions are being proposed to us as a guide to conduct this writing and these will become the essential objective of our publication:
How to explain our ecosystem, What is it all about, How to get started, What to do and what to expect in this adventure.
Before continuing I would like to invite @nony, @osismi and @zorili91.
Getting started in Hive
I always tell those who start that we have to associate this platform as a marathon race, the ascent of a mountain or the conquest of a great love, because you do not reach the end or conquer your goal, if you do not put effort, seriousness, responsibility and discipline.
I am clear when I speak and I leave below my five elements learned throughout these 22 months in this adventure.
I explain that Hive is a platform, social network or ecosystem, in which what I like the most is its structure and the way of creating content because there are rules and norms that you must comply with and the bad things are punished, discrimination is avoided, plagiarism is not allowed and the creation of new content is promoted.
There are always those who ask if what they would like to address has a place in Hive, especially when it is a specific and not very common topic, and the answer is that in this place there is room for all the contents that want to be addressed as long as they have quality.
I ask that before publishing you start studying, that you read the rules of the communities, that you try the way of writing first, in those communities in which you have or in which you have more knowledge and, as you learn, you will expand your horizon of participation.
Some have told me that the process is complex and I have told them that learning is slow, but that this is one of its essences because it allows us to study permanently.
One element that I always explain and is included below: You cannot enter Hive thinking only about profits. It is true that it is good and knowing that you will receive some economic compensation is good, but it cannot be the final objective because it is not guaranteed and you will not always receive what you think you should receive.
I almost always end by telling you that Hive is a journey into a world of knowledge and friendship. That it is an adventure into the unknown, where you win by learning and by learning you win.
Five elements that I always make clear to those who want to start in Hive

Contribution to the growth of the ecosystem
One of the characteristics of my personality is to be grateful because it is the way I recognize those who help me. One of the ways to be grateful is to share what they taught me and try to add and contribute. In that sense, I always remember and thank @theinfiltred and @nony because they are directly responsible for being in this ecosystem.
And, in that process of gratitude, I have explained to some people about the ecosystem, its advantages, its limitations, its contributions. It is true that I have not achieved what many, but, I am satisfied to know that I have helped some that thanks, in part to this server, today are in Hive, such as: @osismi, @zorili91, @latita, @frannyon, @yirkahr. I insist that all the merit is theirs, because they have made an effort and are creating quality content.
An initiative: My birthday on Hive
I have a very own way of celebrating my birthday in this ecosystem and, I consider it my way of giving back what they have given me so much.
As I am a teacher by profession and this never leaves me, July 5 has become my birthday in Hive and, therefore, I celebrate it by doing a workshop on the experiences in the ecosystem. The event is attended by hivers from my institution and we invite other members of the #hivecuba community to participate. Similarly, the event becomes a celebration of knowledge because there are presentations on different topics and these are made by hivers from the community.
To the above we add refreshments to share and gifts for the most outstanding within the ecosystem or for their contribution to our growth.
A final reflection
I consider myself a lifelong learner in all aspects of life and Hive is no exception. In this process of self-improvement, helping others and spreading the word about our ecosystem feeds my soul and strengthens my spirit.
As you can appreciate, what has been presented in this presentation has been based on personal experience with people around me.
I consider that this is the way I have to help others and give back what this ecosystem has given me. In addition, it is a necessary element to continue to grow the hive and incorporate new bees to this honeycomb.
