In an alley on the outskirts of town, teenagers gathered there. Like a bunch of gangsters, they hang out in that alley drinking, gambling, and doing drugs. One day, one of the teenagers named Alex was going to a nearby supermarket. Alex will buy some beer there.

On the way, Alex saw a young man walking while playing a cell phone. Seeing this, Alex thought that he had a chance to take the young man's cell phone. When he was about to seize the cell phone belonging to a young man named Roy. Alex's crime failed and a fight broke out between Alex and Roy. In that fight, Alex was badly beaten by Roy.

With a deformed face and almost shapeless, Alex ran towards the hall, where he and his friends were gathered. Alex complained about the incident to his friends. Immediately, a group of teenagers from the alley came to Roy armed with baseball bats and knives. At that time, Roy, who was alone, was unable to fight against the group of teenagers. As a result, Roy was badly beaten by them.

With a body in pain, Roy returned home and told his father about the incident. Roy's father, who was an army officer, saw his son, who was in pain because someone else was beating him, and immediately became angry. After Roy was brought to the sofa and treated, Roy's father immediately went down the hall to avenge his son. Roy's father, who was strong and burly, beat up the delinquent teenagers there. Even though they fought back with baseball bats and knives, Roy's father was still undefeated.

After that, Roy's father called Bobby, a policeman who was also a friend of Roy's father when he was in high school. Soon, the police group came to the alley and arrested the delinquent teenagers there. One of the delinquent teenagers who kept a knife suddenly got up and wanted to stab Roy's father in the back. Bobby, who knew this, swiftly shot the teenager holding the knife in the shoulder. In the end, all the juvenile delinquents who were there were arrested and imprisoned. Now there are no more thugs in the hall. The city becomes safe without a group of delinquent teenagers.
