On the road lay a banana peel by Bradley's neighbors.
Bradley was an energetic man and very full of passion for his work.
He was so mindful of taking care of his environment but he's so assumptive, he thought everyone was cognizant to keep the environment clean like he used to.
Bradley lived in a 3-bedroom flat where each room was occupied by different occupants and they shared the living room. He slept late in the night subsequently, he woke up late.
Banana was so common in the Petey community where he lived. Every house had an average of 5 suckers planted around the house. They were many ripped bananas in the compound, Rose who lived in one of the rooms called out to Bentley to come outside of his room to have a taste of banana yesterday evening.

"Come and eat the banana, Bentley," said Rose
"I don't have the appetite for such as I want to have a break from eating a banana," said Bentley
Rose chuckled and said affirmatively
"You can't do away from eating a banana, I know you too well, you this glutton"
"Okay, but I will surprise you tonight," said Bentley
"Really," Rose asked in a disbelief manner
"How far about our 'newcomer" Rose
"You mean our new neighbor?" asked Bentley.
"Yes, he's a workaholic, I guess. He doesn't play with anyone and always gets himself busy after returning from work" said Rose
Bentley scolded Rose to face her business and leave the gentleman out of the discussion.
They both laughed and went to their different respective rooms.
They left a banana that was not fully eaten on the road as these two friends were so unkempt.
Bradley woke at 7 am and must get to work before 8:30 am.
He tried as fast as he could to beat up the time but to no avail.
Bradley would always spend 1 hour in transit before he could get to work from his house.
"Even if I want to fly today I am going to be late" He bemoaned.
While he was preparing, his partner call came in from work.
He told him how their boss informed him early in the morning to visit them at work.
Their boss used to come once in blue moon but he always used to fire people whom he failed to meet at work.
He hated himself for the information he heard.
"Just today that I would be going late to work and our boss would be visiting, who did I offend?" said Bradley.
He wore his newly bought boots. Hastily, he locked his room and took fierce steps to go out of the house as soon as his legs could carry him. Now, it's as if he would need to be off from the work for the day as he's about to step into one of the things that have caused most home accidents through slippery.
