Here is my five minutes free write short microfictional story. I hope u enjoy it.
Kate stood on a stage. She looked out at the crowd and said, "Elect me, for I will make a difference."
The crowd was skeptical, but they listened carefully.
She spoke of her vision for the future, and by the end of her speech, the crowd was nodding in agreement.
"You know what?" said one man. "I'm going to vote for her."
And so, the politician was elected, and she made a difference.
