A picture is worth a Thousand Words

• What I see : a city completely submerged and probably desolate due to industrial pollution

• what I feel : the need to save nature from extinction and most importantly saving ourselves from being our own downfall.

Polluted

Mother nature,
Lady of the greens,
Mother of all living,
A mystery of mysteries,
Whose origin of existence,
Remain but a myth,
But how lifeless she now lies,
Sick to her bowels.

Her Children have gone into extinction,
Lost their existence to machine thugs,
Memories of them trampled on,
Existing only in pictures,
With "once upon a time" captions.
Her beautiful face,
Has lost its charming grace,
She's beyond recognition, she's phased.

Trees breathing fresh air,
Replaced with in-dust-trees,
breathing foul air,
Oh, what great injustice!
Fumes, causing the earth to fume in anger,
Must have clogged up her lungs,
Little wonder,
There's food scarcity,
She cannot breathe life on the green of the land.

She's been stripped naked,
Laid bare to the burning ball of gas,
and it's bundle of lazer beam,
melting her glaciers,
And from the heat,
she's running a fever,
She's had to puke waters from her belly,
the feeling in her gut is nauseating
And floods break out,
she can't hold back, it's gushing forth.

Exploited but not taken care of,
Freely giving but stolen from,
Innocent but forced into villainy,
Pure but deflowered and
Peaceful but plundered violently,
Once full of life,
But now begging for death.
She's been tortured,
She's been fractured,
She needs to be held up.
