En esos momentos en los que parece que no hay salida, deseamos estar en otro lugar, desaparecer o simplemente que todo pase rápido es importante recordar que es necesario dejar de apresurar las cosas y dedicarnos a: "sentir" y "ser".

Se dice fácil, pero realmente cuesta mucho cuando estas triste, te sientes sin aliento, fuerza o ganas de continuar. Parece que es un eterno piloto automático. con el deseo de que todo pase y mejore.

• Español: Es lindo apoyarse en amigos, familiares, personas que sean vitamina nos llenen de energia y ayuden a continuar.

• Adecuado escuchar las opiniones de los demás para aprender sin dejar de lado lo que sentimos y actuar en consecuencia de esto!.
• Darnos un tiempo, detenernos a pensar: que estoy sintiendo? para asi poder evaluar cual sera el mejor camino a tomar. Nada es eterno y esta vida es un constante sube y baja.
