The madam keeps yelling at Ella "you are completely untrained for this job, who even referred you!!!".
"Can't you see what others are doing?".
Ella was always quiet whenever her madam yells, she never said anything in other not to upset her madam more.
She doesn't want to loose the job, it was by the grace of God that she got the job.
She knows she is not fit for the job, but she needed to be doing something that she will earn from it.
She secretly started learning those features she lacks. All she needed was a brush up and a guide could do.
She was happy when her madam reduced her yelling to smiles.
"That's progress" she said to herself happily.
She still continued her secret training, she needs to be close to perfect.
She has to make herself better for future and for higher places.
