The scheduled time for submission was agreed by everyone.
Alex had it in mind to do his assessment and submit with others at the set time.
Another thing came to his mind, he had to delay working on his assessment at the moment.
He finished what he was doing, started solving his assessment but was never serious with it.
He always leave it at intervals, delaying the process.
When it was time, he was just rushing and ended up submitting late which caused him to loose some marks.
He actually wanted to do it on time but delay and not being serious caused his late entry.
