Margaret after her final exams was glad she was done with that phase in life. She came back and decided to rest for sometime, before her evening church program.
She woke up to see a text message from her ex boyfriend.
"hey pretty, congratulations my love"
"let's still keep in touch, now you're done with this stage kisses"
She read the message and hissed. "What's wrong with him?" she asked herself.
Charles broke up with her two weeks before her final exams.
His reason being she was too serious with her life. She tried explaining that she was busy preparing for her exams.
Charles didn't buy any of her excuses and still chose to walk away.

She prepared and went for her church program. On her way back, Charles came running to her.
"hey Margaret, I know you don't want to see me"
"let's just keep in touch, nothing more nothing less" he said waiting to hear Margaret's response.
"I would love to Charles"
"but my boyfriend said no contact with ex's, that's what we promised each other" Margaret replied him.
Charles was dumbfounded.
"we broke up just few weeks ago Margaret, come on" he said.
"that's the more reason I won't support your idea Charles, I need time to understand my new boyfriend"
"Any distractions won't help" Replied Margaret.

Charles was so pained, he just agreed with Margaret and left.
