Hey Everyone, I hope you are fine and doing great. This is my entry for the Free Write contest run by @mariannewest, today's topic is "not obese". I hope this free write Will be helpful and will enhance your knowledge.

Not obese usually refers to your health condition, In which your weight is according to body mass index and your health is also good.

Here I want to add that, In some cases, somebody can fall into the overweight category but his/her health is perfectly fine, they will also not fall in the Obese category and we will say that he is not Obese.
