I begin to think that Marianne can read my mind, because I just bought many sweet potatoes from a local seller again. Why again? Previously I bought sweet corns from her, and now I bought sweet corns and sweet potatoes from her. The children had begun to ask, "Sweet potatoes again?" because I had been steaming sweet potatoes as well as boiling sweet potatoes desserts for home. Hahaha!

Yummy & Nutritious

We all know sweet potatoes are loaded with various vitamins and minerals. And they are good for children too because of high fibre. So why not, it can be our staple food, and it keeps well for long time if you know how to. The seller taught me to wrap each sweet potato with a newspaper, put all them away from direct sunlight, an apple to prevent budding and it works. I love this seller. She is as sweet as the sweet potatoes. She got my heart. Lol...
