SourceWe are all on a journey in this World. On this journey we will pass through difficult roads and sometimes easy ones. The easy part is always desirable but the true test comes when we encounter difficult roads. This is where decisions are made that will determine the course of the journey. Many immediately give up and turn back the minute they encounter difficult roads. People who do this are those who want everything easy and on a platter. They easily give up and turn back in search of an easy path which very often leads them to a not so desirable destination.
By turning back, they forfeit a great prize. It is unfortunate but nothing good comes easy as they say. Difficult roads always lead to a beautiful destination and those that endure the hardships will enjoy and reap of the rewards. There is also a category of people who start out on difficult roads but at some point give up. Sadly, some do give up at the brink of reaching the touchline which is sad indeed. While there is that group that stays on that road no matter how difficult it may seem. They climb the hurdles, attack every hill, face every mountain with determination and continually encourage themselves.
These are the winners and I call them *faithful. They remain true to their cause and in the end enjoy of their hard labour. I want to be part of this group. I want to be in this category of people that will not give up no matter what happens. Even when life may make it seem as if my efforts are useless and will yield no results I want to be able to keep my drive and keep pushing. Even when the whole World sees you as a failure, that ability to still find motivation and keep on going is something I desire.
Difficult roads will come for sure. No one will have it easy all their lives. We will all come to that junction. That point in our lives where we must make that bold decision.
