Difference between having a boss and not having a boss?

Having a boss is like having already existing knowledge or idea, the boss is in the game already, he knows what is expected of you, like the requirement, the does and don't, where you are to go at a particular time and where you are not to lay your hands on.

Not having a boss is time consuming, high cost of items, like funds, machineries etc.

Time is one of the mechanism the we used to measure where we are to be at a point time, now when you are already aware of what is expected of you then you will just hit the point while leaving the rest and stop jumping around unnecessary things which would never contribute to your growth and vice versa.

One who can what is coming would clearly go the right way favourable to him, being able to practice existing phenomenon is a kind of power given to you, at times we don't know it until it is taken away from us, what a person can not see coming, another person would see it and know what to do about it.

When we talked about help: help can be gotten in so many ways, when you been told of what to do, maybe you are a new in the system that is the best help that one could offer to another, now, you don't need to asked too much questions, you go to the point and hit it while, others who do not have people already in the system would have asked and asked for it to be clear to them.!
