El pequeño Michel, un niño de tres años de edad, muy alegre y querendon, mimado por su madre, consentido por su padre. Todos los dias cuando el papá salía de trabajar, iban a comer helados
Una tarde, cuando el papá de Michel iba a pagar los helados, la cajera le reviró los ojos de una manera muy desagradable, por que le caía muy mal, pues habían sido novios en la secundaria y como ella le montó los cuernos terminaron la relación
La mamá de Michel, al ver la mala acción de la cajera, le hizo saber al gerente de mala atención que estaban recibiendo y pues el gerente apenado no les cobró los helados
La cajera les pidió una disculpa sincera por los malos ratos ocasionados y a partir de ese día todas las cosas cambiaron.

Michel's mother, when she saw the bad action of the cashier, let the manager know of the bad attention they were receiving, and the sorry manager did not charge them for the ice creams.
The cashier asked a sincere apology for the bad times caused, and from that day all things changed.
