Peace is all I want, peace is all I'll ever need. Tricky little concept, because being able to feel peace requires so much. Stability, having achievable goals, eating healthy, distancing oneself from negativity, social bonding, exercising, relaxing, healthy diet, laughing... These are all required to truly feel at peace. We also have to fend off whoever wants to bring more conflict in your life.
Talking about it makes it seem easy. Keeping up with all these great habits requires money, will power, an okay neighborhood, acquaintances, knowledge of how to do these things by yourself (unless you have a lot of money spend on coaching / professionals who can guide you), and the rarest thing of all, self-esteem.
However, if you can do it, you should do it. It took me a long time to achieve this state in my life, but I'm relatively at peace with myself, my surroundings, my habits and the people around me. My life isn't perfect, but surely is great, despite how my depressed old me would never have thought of it this way.
