Peace of mind is very essential in making someone's life full of joy and happiness. When peace is guarantee is there that the calmness would spread and being happy will cause laughter and joy. But when there is something in the past haunting a man down, he loses his peace, a sudden movement troubles him, he is frightened by sound. He will keep looking over his shoulder and his movements will be restricted. "They are coming", this is what would be ringing in his ears, soon everyone will become a suspect. Looking over your shoulder is not a good thing at all, stay out of trouble and keep the good spirits up.
