I guess nobody loves a bad or dirty diner, you would not eat in peace, most of your thoughts would be about the surroundings and how the place looks. The Rich also pay attention to this detail and fashion a good diner in their home but a poor man cannot afford to spend money on creating a fine diner because he has other expenses to attend to. However, this is not a excuse. You can make a diner fine without spending much, it's a thing about creativity.
