Ofcourse we know that dragons are myths, probably someone's imagination. If they had existed a long time ago, human existence would be threatened and revolution still will not take place. Dragons with their fire and strong skin, not to add that they can also fly.
The first time I heard anything about a blue dragon was in the movie, Game of Thrones. After the white walkers killed the dragon belonging to Daenerys, they afterwards raised him to life. After he returned, his eyes were blue, his fire was blue but it's skin wasn't. That's my knowledge of it.
