Our knowledge, what we know are a part of us. You don't have to be shy about your opinions, it's a privilege to say your thoughts. Courage to speak freely because you know what you are saying is good, you never can tell who or what you are saving. Sometimes, because of inferiority complex we tend to swallow our words and let the big guns make all the suggestions, but little do we know that we are doing nobody any favours including ourselves. Not speaking up means we are not providing solution where necessary and it reduces our self esteem as a person. Our opinions really matter in everything, it might just be what we really need at this time.
