It's not new to see someone a bit bewildered, it's a normal thing. Sometimes we are caught unawares, or surprised and the only expression on our faces might be bewildering. There are some that do not like showing how they feel on the inside, so the bewildering expression is only shown a bit and not fully expressed. There are others that do not hide their feelings, it is expressed in everything they do. You would not need to ask before you know something is wrong with them. But mostly, we should take care of ourselves and our experience shouldn't weigh us down in any way.
