When I was a kid, I learnt something very crucial in one of the church services I attended. The elder who taught my class during the Sunday school said "everyone was a leader", whether you are in a position or not, you are still in leadership, as much as you are older than anyone on earth, then you are a leader. Years has passed, and I find that to be true. We usually expect leadership positions before we can function as a leader but everyone of us should lead where we are because the coming generation are looking up to us to set standards in which they should follow. So, irrespective of where you are or what you do or how old you are, as much as you are older than someone on this earth, then you are a leader! Live like a leader, set good examples and always deal with equity.
